Service Description

Kids yoga is all about using our bodies and our breath to explore and see what we're capable of. We use a variety of yoga books, songs and games to keep kids engaged in the poses and practice of yoga. Family-friendly class can be enjoyed by both kids and their caregivers.

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 2 hours before a regular class starts, and 48hrs before an event starts. *Failure to contact us will result to your event registration, a class session, or a $10 fee for unlimited class pass holder.
