Service Description

This class involves holding passive floor poses for extended periods, typically ranging from 3 to 5 minutes, to gently stretch and stimulate the body's deep connective tissues. The class usually starts with a brief centering or meditation to calm the mind and prepare for practice. Poses are often supported by props like bolsters, blocks, and blankets to allow for comfort and ease. The long holds in each posture encourage the release of tension and cultivate a meditative state, promoting mindfulness and inner stillness. Yin Yoga is particularly beneficial for increasing joint mobility, enhancing circulation, and balancing the body’s energy. The class concludes with a relaxation or Savasana, allowing the body to absorb the benefits of the practice. This gentle yet profound practice is suitable for all levels and complements more active forms of yoga and exercise. *Not Heated Class
