Eclectic Vinyasa

I originally came to yoga for fitness, at the time that was enough. It wasn’t until I was a few years into my infertility journey that I started to lean heavily into the more mental and spiritual aspects to help me through. Now I’m a momma and I lean heavily on ALL aspects of yoga to keep me sane through twin mommahood and to help me raise my boys to be kind, mindful and thoughtful.

I’m so passionate about yoga and all of its benefits! I cannot wait to share that with you!

Geometric Vinyasa

Yoga makes me feel comfortable even when I’m in the weirdest and hardest pose, I feel very strong and confident during practice. I’m always learning and love to be a student more than a teacher but I’m grateful that I am able to share my passion for yoga.

You have a choice to be happy or miserable, jealous or love yourself, either way you choose remember you’re the one who will be taking the hit. Not me not them.

26 + 2

I have been practicing yoga and 26+2 for 16 years now,  I knew I always wanted to become a yoga instructor in the yoga community in some capacity.  I have always wanted to help people to be themselves and practice at their own pace and time.

I have many ventures that I am immersed in such as being a yoga instructor, self care Enthusiast, bartender, Entrepreneur, and my favorite job being a mom.

Power Flow

I originally began practicing yoga as a way to explore a new movement modality. During my first few sessions, I admittedly felt awkward, uncoordinated, and overall uncomfortable. Nevertheless, I would feel great afterwards and it was that feeling that kept bringing me back. What I wasn’t expecting to discover was the extent to which the cultivation of a yoga practice would challenge my way of thinking and the entire belief system about myself and the world around me.

At times, the weight of the world can feel heavy; yet I have found that yoga can help us feel lighter. By harnessing breath, we can address life’s challenges with greater ease and resolve. The lessons we learn from our practice help us to face the world with a bit more kindness, compassion and overall integrity. I am grateful to have the opportunity to champion my fellow yogis’ successes both on and off the mat.

We are stronger in unity.

Hatha Yoga

I started practicing yoga in middle school in a small Massachusetts town.  Practicing yoga on and off the mat has been a constant in my life, helping ground me through major life events and chronic illness.  Since taking my first class 25-ish years ago I’ve moved around the country, moving coast to coast, before landing in WNY where I created a home and family.  I’m passionate about leading yoga classes that allow students to feel good in their body, mind and soul.  Aside from yoga I enjoy spending time outside, especially near and in the water, cooking plant based meals for family and friends and spending time with my family.  When I step on my yoga mat I’m home, I invite you home with me.

Power Flow

Over 8 years ago I stepped on my yoga mat for the first time ever, it was then I realized how free and connected I felt.  I wanted more.   Every time I practiced I felt renewed, strong, and oddly safe.  I often daydreamed what it would be like to bring that transformative "post yoga glow" feeling I felt leaving a yoga class to other people.  I sat with that feeling for a long time until I finally convinced myself the time is NOW and I committed wholeheartedly.  I signed up for a 200hr Baptiste inspired training, and knew this is exactly where I was supposed to be. My classes are all about the beauty of a powerful vinyasa flow, where we focus on breath, body, and connection. Teaching yoga has brought me an immense amount of joy.  I love curating a playlist that will make sun salutations feel like a dance party and you also might find me working on being able to get my handstand technique down, still not there.
