Service Description
The class begins with breathwork to prepare the body, followed by a standing series of 12 postures focusing on strength, balance, and flexibility. The class will transitions to floor series consisting of 14 postures that emphasize stretching, compression, and relaxation. The session concludes with a final breathing exercise and a period of relaxation in Savasana. This yoga practice aims to improve flexibility, strength, and balance, detoxify the body through sweat, enhance mental focus, and promote relaxation and stress relief. * Heated Class

Cancellation Policy
All sales and reservations are final. No refund unless class is cancelled. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 2 hours before a regular class starts, and 48hrs before an event starts. Failure to contact us will result to a $10 fee. Due to the studio's unique circumstances we are implementing a policy requiring a minimum of two students to conduct a class. If this minimum is not met, the class will be canceled, and affected participants will be notified at least one hour before the scheduled class time.
