Service Description
This high-energy class combines functional strength training, core work, and dynamic cardio bursts to build endurance and sculpt lean muscle. Using bodyweight, resistance bands, and light equipment, every session is designed to challenge you while improving stability, coordination, and overall athletic performance. All fitness levels welcome—modifications and progressions provided.

Cancellation Policy
All sales and reservations are final. No refund unless class is cancelled. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 2 hours before a regular class starts, and 48hrs before an event starts. Failure to contact us will result to a $10 fee. Due to the studio's unique circumstances we are implementing a policy requiring a minimum of two students to conduct a class. If this minimum is not met, the class will be canceled, and affected participants will be notified at least one hour before the scheduled class time.
