Movements are thoughtfully sequenced with clear guidance and plenty of time to settle into each pose, helping you build strength, improve mobility, and connect comfortably with your breath in a relaxed, encouraging environment.   • Geometric Vinyasa

    We focus on details and therapeutically address often neglected parts of the body by spending time on each posture. In this class you will build strength, flexibility and confidence. Come out of Savasana (Corpse Pose), the relaxation part at the end of the class feeling accomplished & energized. All levels are welcome from beginner to advanced. *HEATED CLASS

    The class begins with breathwork to prepare the body, followed by a standing series of 12 postures focusing on strength, balance, and flexibility. The class will transitions to floor series consisting of 14 postures that emphasize stretching, compression, and relaxation. The session concludes with a final breathing exercise and a period of relaxation in Savasana. This yoga practice aims to improve flexibility, strength, and balance, detoxify the body through sweat, enhance mental focus, and promote relaxation and stress relief. * Heated Class

    Class can be Yin Yoga, Restorative, Power Flow, or Vinyasa class, Heated or Non heated. You wont know until the class starts. Face your fear of the unknown but still have the peace of mind that you will receive a great practice.     A calm and gentle vinyasa-style class designed to help you move with intention, connect with your breath, and find ease in both body and mind. This class offers slow, mindful sequencing that links movement and breath to restore balance and release tension. *NON HEATED
